We have designed our own axe filing jig which we use every day in the workshop when we hand-file a chisel. They are a very handy and extremely robust tool. Supplied with instructions. We have also designed an optional extra steel block to hold diamond paper when finishing an axe (usually $50 but $45 when bought with the filing jig). See second photo.
